As a child, Halloween is undoubtedly a month-long extravaganza. Costumes are planned weeks in advance, ordered, broken in, spilled on and ordered again. As an adult, however, with bills and voting—info to vote locally here—and all the serious, adult-y stuff we have to do, our ability to pre-plan an outfit is seriously hindered. Most of us are left without a clue come Saturday morning, unsure what the heck to wear for that Halloween party just hours away.
It seems The Triangle in Costa Mesa has the solution for this pervasive, last-minute outfit dilemma, and is answering with its Halloween Bootique, a year-round store with a huge selection of costumes for kids, adults and pets. (The store also carries party supplies in case you’re the one hosting the party and you need some Halloween-themed swag.)
“Costumes that continue to be popular include Steampunk-themed outfits for both women and men, Wonder Woman for girls and women,” a store representative notes. In fact, Insider recently reported Wonder Woman is the No. 1 most-popular Halloween costume in the state of California for 2018. Other popular costumes to inspire your own are:
