Landsea Homes, a Newport Beach-based homebuilder, was named finalist in 12 categories at the 2019 SoCal Awards annual competition, which honors excellence in the home building and developer industry.
Landsea Homes’ Lido Villas in Newport Beach finalized in five categories from a field of more than 400 entries from throughout Southern California.

The SoCal Awards recognize superior achievements in all aspects of new home development and are sponsored by Sales and Marketing Councils of the Building Industry Association of California. SoCal Award winners will be announced September 28 at The Grove of Anaheim, at a gala celebration hosted for hundreds of homebuilding professionals. The presentation will be hosted by Sam Rubin and Jessica Holmes of KTLA Morning News.
