On Jan. 23 from 6:30 to 11 p.m., 21 Oceanfront, an exclusive beachside fine dining establishment, is hosting a three-course dinner featuring Stag’s Leap wines.
Stag’s Leap, a winery located in Napa, Calif., has been making world-class wines for more than 100 years. Its reds and whites are an expression of the unique terroir upon which its grapes are grown, land characterized by rich soil, lilting hillside and sunshine with vines as old as the vineyard itself.
The dinner will feature an amuse-bouche of Osetra Caviar, blini and crème fraîche; a first course of Alaskan King Crab salad with Asian pear, candied walnuts, wild honey and yuzu vinaigrette; a second course of seared shrimp and scallop with crispy pancetta and heirloom tomatoes drizzled in a lemon butter sauce; a third course of pepper-crusted New York strip steak with herb fingerling potatoes, truffle butter mushrooms and asparagus. Dessert is espresso chocolate pudding cake, vanilla bean ice cream and fresh berries.
Scott Bowden, district manager at Treasury Wine Estates and 21 Oceanfront Executive Chef Eddie Albarran will speak at the dinner.
